LEAD TRACKING SHEET: This is a sample of the spreadsheet that will be used to track the progress in the program. Names and Dates are fictitious but it should give the installer a good idea of what will be required. For each customer, the date and last name are automatically entered by the Lead Form filled out by the customer, the installer will use a couple drop down menus and enter dates to track progress, the spreadsheet does the rest.
SUMMARY SHEET: This sheet collects all the information into a quick status view, and will be the primary tool used during the weekly call.
